What is a Sitter?
At Perfect Pair Au Pairs, a Sitter is a trustworthy, responsible individual who provides short-term care and supervision for children, pets, or homes when families are away, working late, or simply need an extra pair of hands. Unlike au pairs or tutors, Sitters offer flexible, on-demand support that is typically hourly, occasional, or weekend-based.
We carefully match our sitters to families based on their needs—whether it’s an evening babysitter, a weekend pet companion, or someone to house-sit while you’re on holiday.
Babysitter:
Babysitters provide safe, reliable, and nurturing care for children while parents are out, whether for a dinner, a meeting, or a few hours of alone time.
Pet Sitter:
Pet sitters offer loving, dependable care for your pets in your home while you are away, minimising stress for your animals and ensuring they stay in their familiar environment.
House Sitter:
House sitters offer peace of mind by keeping your home safe, clean, and maintained while you’re away. Whether you’re on holiday, travelling for business, or just out of town, we match you with trustworthy sitters who will look after your property with care.
