Registration Fee

A non-refundable R500 registration fee is payable upon signing this Agreement to initiate the recruitment process.

This once-off administration fee covers all costs associated with your application, including adding your profile to our Platform and ensuring visibility to suitable Candidates. The registration fee, along with the initial quoted placement fee, must be paid in full once a Candidate is placed to activate our services.

Subscription Fees

Once a Candidate is placed, a placement fee is charged for access to our Platform and continued use of our Services.

Charged upfront on the day the Candidate starts service
Does not auto-renew unless the term is extended
Fees are available in your profile or on request, and may change with 30 days’ notice

Example:
If a short-term Au Pair completes her 3-month placement and you choose to extend her term (short- or long-term), a new placement fee based on your chosen package will apply.

Additional Costs

Clients pay the Candidate directly for wages
Clients cover travel costs for the first 5 km of the Candidate’s commute to your home

Invoices & Billing

All payments are invoiced and sent to your email and user profile
Late payments (after Candidate start date) incur R50/day
Non-payment or breach of terms may result in legal action and recovery of fees, including legal costs

Secure Payments & Refunds

All transactions are processed securely via an authorised payment provider
No refunds are issued after the 6-month support period or for early terminations
