OUR PROCESS
Register:
- Complete our online form and pay the once-off registration fee. Once submitted, we’ll create and confirm your Job Card.
Candidates:
- We advertise your position and carefully search for suitable candidates. You will receive candidate profiles, and we will arrange interviews on your behalf. Please note that we cannot provide a specific timeline for finding your perfect match.
Payment:
- Fees are based on the package you have chosen. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise discussed. For more details, please refer to ourRefund Policy.
Trial Period:
- Each placement includes a 2–7 day trial period. If you are not satisfied, each package has a support period, which includes one free replacement candidate. If a replacement cannot be arranged, you will receive a 20% refund within 30 days.
Family Responsibilities
1. Complete your registration form.
2. Check your portal regularly for new candidates.
3. Arrange interviews within 3 days of receiving profiles.
4. Ensure a safe and professional work environment.
5. Share accurate job details (hours, duties, salary).
6. Pay your candidate directly.
7. Provide a contract before the trial begins.

Service Overview
Purpose
A nanny provides professional, reliable, and nurturing care for children within the family home. Unlike an au pair, a nanny’s main focus is childcare and household support related to the children’s wellbeing rather than educational or transport duties.
Core Responsibilities
Childcare and Supervision
– Provide attentive and loving care to children at all times.
– Estorganizedd maintain consistent daily routines, including meals, naps, playtime, and bedtime.
– Support the physical, emotional, and social development of each child.
– Offer a safe and stimulating environment for play and learning.
– Assist with feeding, dressing, hygiene, and potty training.
Meal Preparation
– Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for each child’s age.
– Encourage healthy eating habits and proper table manners.
– Clean up after meals and maintain kitchen tidiness related to childcare.
Child-Related Housekeeping
– Keep play areas, bedrooms, and children’s belongings clean and organized.
– Wash and fold children’s laundry.
– Sterilize bottles, pacifiers, and feeding utensils when needed.
– Maintain general cleanliness of all child-related areas.
Developmental Activities
– Plan and facilitate age-appropriate educational and creative activities.
– Read books, do arts and crafts, play educational games, and encourage positive interaction.
– Support the development of independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
Communication and Support
– Communicate regularly with parents about the child’s daily routine, mood, and progress.
– Report any health, emotional, or behavioural concerns promptly.
– Follow the family’s household guidelines and parenting preferences.
Optional or Additional Duties
(Depending on the family’s agreement)
– Light household duties such as tidying shared areas or assisting with family laundry.
– Caring for pets or helping with errands.
– Occasional babysitting in the evenings or over weekends.
Working Hours
– Full-time nannies: 8–10 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
– Part-time nannies: 3–6 hours per day, a few days per week.
– Live-in nannies: Reside with the family, with agreed rest days and working hours.
– Working hours and duties should always be clearly outlined in the employment contract.
Minimum Requirements
– Relevant childcare experience (professional or personal).
– Valid ID or work permit (for non-South African citizens).
– Clear criminal background check.
– Childcare or nanny training certificate (recommended).
– Basic First Aid Certificate.
– Reliable references from previous employers.
