Placement Fees & Payment Structure:

- We offer personalised placement fees for families with unique needs or schedules.
For example, if you require a sitter once every second week, we’ll create a custom package that fits your situation perfectly)
Trial Period & Replacement Policy:
- The trial period lasts 2-7 days.
- If you are unsatisfied, there is a 6-month support period that includes one free replacement.
- If a suitable replacement is not found, a 20% refund of the placement fee is issued within 30 days.
Family Responsibilities:
- Complete the registration form.
- Regularly check your portal for new candidates.
- Arrange interviews within 3 days of receiving profiles.
- Provide a safe and professional work environment for the candidate.
- Share accurate job details (e.g., hours, duties, salary).
- Pay the candidate directly.
- Provide a contract before the trial period starts.
Screening
Form Review and Profile Refinement: At Perfect Pair Au Pairs, we ensure that each candidate undergoes a thorough screening process to guarantee the best match for your family. Upon receiving a candidate’s application form, our team meticulously reviews it. We may request additional information or suggest amendments to optimize the candidate’s profile for suitability.
Interview Process: After refining the candidate’s profile, we schedule an interview via Google Meet to further assess their qualifications, experience, and personality.
Document Verification: Candidates are required to submit essential documents before being recommended to families. These documents include a copy of their ID, a copy of their driver’s license, Police Clearance or Criminal Record Check , and their CV and cover letter.
Position Promotion and Matching: We promote available positions on our social media platforms and website. Candidates who identify a suitable position can contact us via email with the position REF number. We review the requirements, and if the position fits the candidate’s schedule and qualifications, we proceed with the next steps.
Through this rigorous screening process, we aim to provide you with highly qualified and trustworthy candidates who will foster a nurturing and supportive environment for your children.
