A family based in Hyde Park, Gauteng is looking for a reliable and energetic long-term Au Pair to assist with their 11-year-old daughter. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, responsible, and confident, with a firm but kind approach to childcare and academic support.

The family requires a structured, proactive, and hands-on au pair who can support a busy school routine, encourage consistency, and assist with both learning and extracurricular commitments.

Hyde Park, Gauteng

Working Hours

Monday – Tuesday: 15:00–18:00
Wednesday – Thursday: 14:00–18:00
Friday: 14:00–17:00
Weekends: Ad hoc
School holiday support required

Child

1 girl (11 years old)
Active child involved in swimming and hockey

Salary

R120 per hour
Negotiable for the right candidate

Mileage

AA rates per km

Language Requirements

Fluent English (essential)
Ability to assist with Sotho or Zulu homework (advantageous)

Responsibilities

School pick-ups and drop-offs
Supervision and assistance with homework
Support with test and exam preparation
